Dear All,

I am a student in HRM (working in a hightech company, too) and in my class about innovation management we were discussing which departments can especially support innovation.

Looking for some smart inspirations for my argumentation in my paper in which I´d like to focus on the HR and IT department, I would like to know if you guys have any suggestions through which means and organizational structure, HR and IT can contribute to the company´s innovation level?
