Amy has over 20 years experience in providing advisory services, both locally and internationally. She has also held leadership roles in corporate environments focusing on people management, sales, operations, lending, sourcing and alliances.

She has been responsible for large scale global performance systems, change management and capability development across Rio Tinto Energy and Rio Tinto People & Organisation Global Function, as well as other government and private sector organisations.

Most recently, Amy has been leading a global HR transformation at a top tier financial services organisation. This has included the establishment of global shared services captive centre, capability development and organisational change & communications.
