Yep the photos is unkind but it was alI had at hand. am an ex-Melburnian now resident in Hobart, worked variously for World Vision, 3 employer bodies and am involved with the RSL & also Scouting. Not many know I like cravats and have been wearing them intermittently since the mid 1980s; well predating Matt Preston. Also I was in the Army Reserve for 12 years & later was a playgroup convenor.
What areas of HR are you particularly passionate about?
Professionally I am interested in IR, WHS/RTW, workplace well-being, HR knowledge sharing, applying org. behaviour principles to help resolve workplace issues & more. For me good HR is about engaging people's skills & gifts in a good way to advance the work of their employer.
