We practice "Pragmatic HR" that means solving people & performance problems by cutting through the waffle with the passion of a Michelin Star Chef. Our unique approach identifies and works with underlying patterns of motivation and behaviour to help individuals work to their strengths. This helps teams become more effective and avoids communication problems. We also identify models of excellence to focus recruitment and training initiatives.
