What would you like to share about yourself?
I am the General Manager of Power2Motivate APAC, responsible for the Power2Motivate operation in the Australia and Asia Pacific region, delivering world class employee recognition and B2B loyalty programs to a wide range of clients.
Before moving to Australia, I worked for UK based Whitbread Group, a FTSE100 listed organisation for almost 9 years in a variety of Brand Management and HR functions.
At 19 years old I was officially the youngest manager Whitbread had ever appointed, holding responsibility of managing a team of 40 people to perform and deliver outstanding service on a daily basis.
I am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and hold a degree in Business Management (BA Honours) from Newcastle University.
