Established Human Capital Management Solutions (HCMS) in 2000 and Insidejob in 2005. Insidejob is a unique recruiter and trainer of Internal Recruitment staff. This business is doing very well given the growth of Internal Recruitment.

HCMS is also providing a range of sourcing solutions that compliment Internal Recruitment Centres. This rounds out our offering of consulting, training and now the sourcing the solutions enables us to provide a complete suite of solutions to Internal Recruitment Centres

The HCMS group is well on the way to achieving this vision having successfully delivered major projects worth over $15 M to large corporations such as Qantas, ADHB, Telstra, Optus Vodafone, BHP Billiton, Coles Myer, IAG, Westpac, Suncorp Metway, NZ Post Air New Zealand, Suncorp and others.

The HCMS Group has also developed a unique range of Recruitment Training for Internal Recruiters based off developing a cross industry competency framework. This service has been in delivered to clients in Australia and New Zealand.

I launched the successful Australasian Talent Conference with my business partners Kevin Wheeler and Horace Chai. This conference was rated successful by over 90% of the delegates and sponsors and will now be held annually in Sydney Australia and Singapore. We recently also started a Social Media Conference which was also a huge success. The ATC has had a major impact in approving the way many organisations in Australia and New Zealand recruit
