Hi all, and welcome to our new members.

We now have nearly 100 blog posts on HR Daily Community, so I'd like to thank each of you who has contributed in the nearly three months that we've been up and running.

To those of you who haven't posted so far, here's an incentive. One of the next 10 people to blog will receive a complimentary pass to the workforce performance events we're holding in Sydney and Melbourne.

You can read more about the events here. For those of you not familiar with posting yet, all you need to do is click on "blogs" and then "add" to start writing. A good place to start might be a particular HR problem you helped solve, and what you learned in the process, or you can of course draw inspiration from the other posts published to date.

I'll announce the winner of the pass (valued at $479) once all the new blogs have been published. If you don't happen to live in either Sydney or Melbourne we'll give you an equivalent amount to spend in the HR Daily store.
