What would you like to share about yourself?
I help executives, managers & team leaders to influence human behaviour and in essence get more out of individuals and teams in terms of execution and results, sustainably. I help both leaders and employees improve excellence, energy & productivity in the workplace.

I do this by teaching three specific skill sets:

1. Dealing with having too much to do

2. Staying cool under pressure

3. Influencing Behaviour -(Presenteeism, Absenteeism, Underperforming staff, Demotivated Teams, Facilitating Performance)

I infuse these skill sets into workshops:

The First Explores How Leaders & Managers Can Influence Behaviour & Get More Out Of Individuals & Teams In Terms Of Execution & Results.

The Second Is DISC Profiling Which Explores How To Improve Communication & Performance Problems With Teams.

The Last Is Enhancing Self Leadership To Maximise Job Performance In A Workplace Of Rising Demands. It Teaches Leaders And Individuals How To Expand Under Pressure & Demand To Guarantee Sustainable Job Performance.

Warmth = your ability to exert kindness or altruism towards others

Power = your ability to dominate and have an influence over others or situations

While at the heart of great leadership lies a sense of like-ability, support and assistance, having too much warmth actually diminishes your effectiveness in your personal productivity and…

Posted on May 11, 2015 at 20:55 0 Comments

In last fortnight's article we discussed the three types of individual’s an organisation will have when facing internal changes to the company. We dived into how to specifically support your ‘potential’s’- those that struggle with change at first but in time will demonstrate enthusiasm and get on board with the right leadership in place, by firstly understanding and then dealing with inherent fears when it comes to a change process.

Today we will discuss three crucial…
