Lee-Martin Seymour spent 17 years working in recruitment across different market sectors in various countries around the world. Lee gained a strong understanding of the demands of the employment market and passion to pioneer positive change for the long term. Lee founded Xref Pty Ltd with Tim Griffiths, in 2009. The two entrepreneurs, having spent long careers working as specialists in their fields of HR and technology, recognised the need for a multi-disciplinary solution to one of the HR industry’s most significant pain points. As a serial entrepreneur Lee has identified and successfully leveraged market opportunities to aid innovation in the employment sector.
