A Great Destroyer Of Team Work - The Fundamental Attribution Error

The fundamental distribution error is our human tendency to blame, judge or ridicule a person based on their behavior. We tend to see people dispositionally. That is, we make moralistic judgments about team members’ behaviours as being right or wrong, good or bad.
