The Secret to Great Company Culture – (From the guy who founded Zappos)

We’ve been Tweeting about Zappos – as they have a great company culture, so today I thought I’d share with you this video in which Zappos CEO, Tony Hsieh, discusses their unique company culture.

Good company culture will keep a recognition program alive, just as much as a recognition program should be built upon your organisational values – (which should support a good working culture). In other words, the two are completely dependent on each other and should work together to produce the best possible customer experience. But don’t take our word from it, watch the video and find out what makes them magical.
