What would you like to share about yourself?
I am the Chief Executive Officer of Employment Innovations (EI), I'm also a qualified solicitor with a passion for business.
My career started at the Sydney Futures Exchange as well other financial institutions and I have been closely involved in some of the UK’s best known dot com start ups and initial public offerings.
I returned to Australia in 2002 to add legal services to the family business, EI.

New Bullying Jurisdiction - What Does This Mean for You? Listen to Webinar!

The Fair Work Commission’s (FWC) new bullying jurisdiction will commence on 1 January 2014.

How will it work?

  • Employees will be able to apply to the FWC for “Stop Bullying” orders.
  • The FWC must take steps to deal with the application within 14 days of lodgment.
  • Employers must ensure that they are prepared to respond very promptly to applications brought by employees.
