We work with Business owners and Directors of small and medium enterprises to successfully resolve people and performance problems in order to improve profitability. This includes implementing the CLEAR Framework, a simple methodology that massively improves communication, focus and results. We help our demanding clients to develop a tailored Balanced Business Scorecard with a HR strategy that underpins achievement of business objectives. We practice "Pragmatic HR" that means solving people & performance problems by cutting through the waffle with the passion of a Michelin Star Chef. Our unique approach identifies and works with underlying patterns of motivation and behaviour to help individuals work to their strengths. This helps teams become more effective and avoids communication problems. We also identify models of excellence to focus recruitment and training initiatives.
