What would you like to share about yourself?
Karina is an award-winning designer, educator and humanist who has worked with some of Australia’s largest corporations, governments and social-enterprises. She works alongside teams within organisations to help build their design capability, and helps organisations become better versions of themselves by working with leaders, teams and individuals to adopt a human-centred culture and ways of working.

Karina is a principal at Meld Studios. Meld is a collective of award-winning designers, whose mission is to improve the everyday lives of people as they interact with the world around them. Since 2009, Meld Studios has worked with 150 public and private organisations, on work spanning medical, educational, cultural, transportation, infrastructure, financial services, and government projects.
