Kate Zourkas (nee Eggleston) is a HR/OD professional, author, yoga teacher and mindfulness advocate. Kate has more than 15 years experience in HR, Organisation Development and Business Management and has been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness since 2012. Kate is the founder of Yoga Bella and offers corporate wellbeing programs and workshops, private yoga and meditation classes and executive classes. Kate also consults to organisations on HR and OD initiatives. Kate has a passion for wellbeing at work and she hopes to inspire others to look after themselves.
