HR’s role is instrumental here by training line managers on how to expedite.

Growing professionally might be appealing to any workers, however burned out on the other hand creates an unhealthy work environment. Businesses will need to create a culture that rewards result over hours. Providing a flexible work environment and encouraging employees to take time out for themselves will not only improve cultural outcomes, it will also allow the business to sustain ongoing loyalty from the employee, reduce absentees and high staff turnaround.
