What would you like to share about yourself?
I started working in the Financial Sector, where my organizational qualities have allowed me to manage and successfully develop the activity of several multi-products BO. Afterwards, my professional trajectory has led me to develop my own Consulting practice, and accept an Associate Director position in a HR Consulting Firm, with the objective of structuring its activity. After selling my participation in this company, I am now working as a Senior Consultant in charge of setting-up the Training & Development Unit for Improve Agency, a French-based Mobile apps Start-up. I also intervene as a Consultant in Organization and Management issues, in order to help structure the company or its clients, as well as a trainer in Project & Management techniques & tools.

Project and Change Management Specialist, I have dedicated my profesional life to structuring and developing business units or departments, either from a strategy and management perspective, or from a production perspective. With a broad range of experiences, from small to medium-sized companies/projects and international exposure, I have achieved various activities structuring, and managed to set-up and successfully sell my consulting business after 5 years. I have been involved in many functional areas, from General Management, to consulting in HR, Organization or Project Management.
