I am currently Managing Director of Futurestep’s New Zealand and Australia business, and a member of Futurestep’s Global RPO Leadership team. Futurestep is the global industry leader in high-impact recruitment solutions, offering fully customized, flexible strategies to help organizations meet specific workforce needs.

Working closely with Futurestep’s Asia Pacific management team and regional clients, I enable the implementation and delivery of RPO projects and managed services across the region. In New Zealand, I lead consulting teams for Futurestep’s search, project recruitment, outsourcing and consulting services solutions.
